Based on the content and structure you have shared, we understand Novem Health Limited as a forward-thinking health innovation and research company working across four departments, running training and community programs, and publishing research that informs healthcare decisions. This website will bring all of that together in one place: an informative, well-organised site that positions Novem Health as a serious, modern health organisation.

The website will be built on a flexible platform that your team can manage and update directly, so content stays current without depending on a developer for everyday changes. This solution is tailored to Novem Health's needs and can be adjusted to suit your preferences. We are happy to meet and discuss how best to shape every part of it around your goals.

Journal Section

The Journal is given special attention because it is more than a simple list. It turns your publications into a clean, searchable library that visitors can read directly on the site.

For this project, Novem Health has selected Tier 1 (Journal Showcase). This delivers everything needed to publish and display your own publications. Tiers 2 and 3 are shown afterward for reference and can be commissioned later as upgrades.

Tier 1 is included in this website project. Tier 2 and Tier 3 are future upgrades and would be quoted and scheduled separately. Tier 3 in particular would require a dedicated scoping meeting before its cost and timeline are finalised.

We will set up professional, branded email addresses on your novemhealth.com domain, so all communication looks consistent and credible. The following inboxes are included:

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 working days from project kickoff and receipt of your content and brand assets. In practice, delivery is targeted at the 14-day mark, so please plan around 14 working days.

This assumes timely feedback at agreed review points. Content provided late, or large changes requested mid-build, will extend the schedule. An express 5-day delivery is not feasible for a build of this size and scope.

What Is Not Included In This Project

To prevent confusion later, the following are outside the scope of this project. Each can be added as a separate, clearly quoted piece of work if needed.

Journal Tier 2 and Tier 3 functionality (author submissions, peer review, editorial workflow)
Member accounts, login areas, or gated and paid content
E-commerce, online payments, or paid subscriptions
Custom web or mobile applications beyond the website
Citation tools, DOI assignment, or academic indexing for the Journal
Writing, editing, or sourcing of content. Novem Health provides all text, images, logos, staff details, project information, and publications
Professional photography, videography, or paid stock media
Logo design or full brand identity creation
Ongoing content creation, article writing, or blog management after launch
Paid advertising, social media management, or marketing campaigns
Translation or multi-language versions of the site
Migration of large existing archives beyond a reasonable sample provided at setup

Terms and Things to Note

Content and materials: Novem Health provides all written content, images, logos, publications, and project details before and during the build. The project timeline starts once initial content and brand assets are received.

Revisions: Up to two rounds of revisions are included per page on design and layout. Major changes of direction or additional revisions after approval are billed separately.

Timeline conditions: Delivery depends on timely feedback and content. Delays in providing materials or approvals will extend the timeline.

Domain, hosting, email, and tools: Hosting, the novemhealth.com domain, professional email, security, and any premium tools or licenses needed to run the site are covered under the annual renewal below. The website is built to run on this setup.

Post-launch support: 30 days of free support are included after launch for fixing issues in delivered features. This does not cover new features, new content, or new requests, which are handled as fresh work.

Ownership: On full and final payment, Novem Health owns the website and all content provided.

Payment: A 50% deposit secures your project slot and begins the work, and is non-refundable once work has started. The remaining 50% is due on completion, before final handover.

This covers the full website: the nine pages, all core features, the Tier 1 Journal, branded email setup, forms, training, and 30 days of post-launch support.

Annual Renewal

This keeps the website live and healthy after launch and covers: hosting, domain renewal, professional email accounts, premium tool and plugin licenses, SSL and security, regular backups, software updates, and basic maintenance and support.

The first year is included in the project above. The ₦250,000 renewal applies from the second year onward. If the renewal lapses, hosting, email, and premium tools may stop, which can take the site or emails offline until it is renewed.

The scope and budget can be tailored to your business needs. If you would like to add or remove anything, we can refine this together so it fits both your goals and your budget.

This proposal and its pricing are valid for 30 days from the date above.
